We would like to inform you that starting from 1 September 2021, TVBAnywhere+ service in Canada will be operated by our new operating platform – TVBAnywhere+ North America (www.TVBAnywherePlus.ca). This new service is operated by a wholly owned subsidiary of TVB Group in North America and will continue to provide even more attentive, exciting and enriched content to our customers.
In light of the new arrangement, we are sorry to inform you that TVBAnywhere+ will cease to operate effective from 30 September 2021. Unfortunately, due to privacy of customers’ personal data, we will not be transferring any of your personal details or your existing services to the new platform. Therefore, you must follow the relevant ways according to your existing subscription method in making the refund:
1. Subscriber of TVBAnywhere+ mobile app with monthly plan through the app stores
You must cancel your payment and subscription by 31 August 2021 to avoid further automatic charges and payment collected by the app stores in September.
l Billing might continue if the subscription has not been canceled by 31 August 2021. If failed to unsubscribe after this period, you will need to fill in the form (https://forms.gle/HAZbsbRwRSfLkNMv7). Upon confirmation, you will be contacted directly.

2. Subscriber of TVBAnywhere+ mobile app with monthly or annual plan through CTI – City Telecom
Please contact CTI (City Telecom) for cancellation and refund matters. CTI phone no.: (East Coast) 416-502-1838 / (West Coast) 604-273-4120.
3. Subscriber of TVBAnywhere+ mobile app with monthly or annual plan through tvbanywhere.com
TVBAnywhere.com will unilaterally terminate the relevant plans (both monthly and annual) on 31 August 2021. Service will not be automatically renewed. The App service will still be available until 30 September 2021.
l For Monthly Plan Subscribers, no charge will be deducted for the following month; no further action is needed.
l For Annual Plan Subscribers, your remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card account within 1-2 months from the date of 1 October 2021. Please stay tuned for upcoming emails sent from TVB Anywhere in mid-September.
4. Subscriber who purchased TVB Anywhere Android TV Box together with TVBAnywhere+ Mobile App service through TVBAnywhere.com
TVB Anywhere Android TV Box will still be functioning as an Android TV Box. But the built-in TVBAnywhere+ App service will stop operating on 30 September 2021. Your remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card account within 1-2 months from the date of 1 October 2021. Please stay tuned for upcoming emails sent from TVB Anywhere in mid-September.
As mentioned earlier, because of the privacy policy, we cannot automatically transfer your personal data to the new platform. Although TVB Anywhere Set-Top Box will remain operational, any existing contract would not be reviewed after 1 September 2021. For more information on new plans and services, please stay tuned for upcoming emails sent from TVB Anywhere.
